BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
a. The booking of this property makes a contract between you and us. b. The person signing the Booking Form must be at least eighteen years old and agrees these conditions on behalf of all those who will be staying at the cottage. c. You, the hirer, will only share the property with those persons named on the booking form. d. We will use our best endeavours to provide the cottage in a good state of repair and condition and we will provide oil, logs and electricity without any further charge. If for any exceptional reason the cottage becomes unavailable we will refund all money paid by you without any further liability. e. You agree to pay for any damages, breakages, or losses before departure. Please estimate telephone costs and the use of any consumables and feed the honesty box before you go. f. You agree to take good care of the cottage and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition. g. You agree to permit us or our agents reasonable access to the property for the purposes of maintenance or repair h. No smoking in the cottage, please. i. Your payment is non-refundable. j. If you need to cancel for any reason, we will try our hardest to re-let the cottage to somebody else and credit you with the proceeds. In addition, we include holiday cancellation insurance in the rental, so - for an insured event only - we may well be able to reimburse you. k. A maximum of two well-trained dogs are welcome provided the following conditions are observed: 1 Dogs to be confined to the kitchen 2 Visitors are responsible for any extra cleaning that may be necessary both internally and in the garden. 3 Dogs must be kept under control and not cause a nuisance to neighbouring properties or animals. 4 Dogs are not to be left alone in the cottage. 5 No guard dogs. |
