Although funds will be reserved from your account, your credit or debit card will not be charged until we have accepted your reservation and confirmed the amount to be paid. We need to receive from you the completed booking form before we can do this so please send it to us immediately. You may pay by almost any credit card, but debit cards are preferred please (UK only). Refund policy Once your booking has been accepted and your holiday has been paid for we will only give refunds at our discretion. If you need to cancel for any reason, your money will only be refunded in full if we are able to re-let the cottage at the same price to someone else.
